30‑day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This meets Google Merchant Center’s minimum requirement.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn
In its original packaging (tags, boxes, poly bags if originally included)
Free from damage caused by the customer
Items that arrive defective or with quality issues are also covered – see “Defective or wrong items” below.
Non‑returnable items (final sale)
Gift cards
Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons – unless the original sealed packaging is unopened
Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Free returns & no restocking fee
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. No restocking fee is charged.
How to return
Contact us at info@forever21.top or +1 443-674-2488 to request a return authorization.
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location shown on the label.
Use the original box or any sturdy box – the prepaid label covers the return cost.

Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days of delivery):
Refund initiation: 1–2 business days after inspection
Time to appear on your original payment method: 7–10 business days (depends on your bank or card issuer)
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the 30‑day policy still applies. We will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping costs – though all our shipping is free). Please contact us immediately with photos of the defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item for a full refund (free) and place a new order.
