Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

Carriers

We randomly assign a reliable carrier that best serves your destination. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce. The carrier name will appear on your tracking label.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the order, please contact the carrier directly. For issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, a reshipment fee may apply.

Shipping restrictions

Certain hazardous materials (e.g., aerosols, flammable liquids) cannot be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates shipping regulations.
